Lorenzo Scott was born in 1922. He painted houses for a living and is a totally self taught artist. Much of his work is a result of visionary experiences and audible conversations with God. He paints with oil on canvas or board. He makes his own frames with built up Bondo, a material used for repairing cars, and gold leaf for a classical look. His works feature biblical themes and a few paintings of devil families. These paintings are large and very colorful. Lorenzo's work (Devil Family at Art Gallery, shown on this web page) was included in the exhibition "We are Not Alone" at the American Visionary Art Museum. It was also included along with the Guardian Angel in a traveling exhbition called "Revelations and Reflections which toured the US through in 2004 and 2005.
