Molly B. Right is a self taught artist. Educated as a
horticulturist, she worked as a grower, designer and greens
person on films before becoming an artist. Her first
paintings were done on rustic 30 gallon galvanized cans that
were used for potting young trees. Many of her current
images are on old Victorian ceiling tiles and on pieces of
wood. She paints beautifully. She's especially fond of
creating images of monkeys in human form ... an alien
monkey, Madonna and Child, Eve as a monkey, and monkeys
doing household chores for movie stars. Molly quickly
realized that painting held more excitement for her and she
gave up horticulture to pursue her art full time. Her work
was included in a successful exhibit during this years
Spoleto/Piccolo Festival and he has been involved in many
group exhibits and solo exhibitions.
