Mary was challenged with a developmental disability but that did not stop her from doing her very innovative art. She felt it was her way of showing her creative expression and independence. Each day she worked on a piece of art. Her colors are extremely vibrant. Mary passed away at the age of 40 from breast cancer which for her was hard because she couldn't see or understand it. Mary's work can be found in museums, galleries, corporate offices and homes across the country.
