CW Conner is a self taught artist who has worked with
painting, drawing and wood carving over the past 30 years.
Born in Walton Country, Georgia in 1939 his unique painting
method uses found objects and materials like old barn wood,
tin roofing material and various types of house paints along
with more traditional art materials. As a young man, his
desire to pursue a career in art was put on hold because of
the need to earn a living. Now retired and still without any
formal art instruction CW is able to pursue his art career
and further develop his original and popular style.
